thanks deb- i certainly didnt know all of that!! might explain some of my, errrr, health problems! all i drink is diet soda, literally. i hardly ever drink anything else. maybe once a week i'll drink some water or something then it's right back to soda! as for the "fake sugar", i average one packet of that a day, which isn't much (i hope!)hmmm, i guess this means i'll have to stop drinking soda...damn. in your opinion, do you think once a day would be bad? well thanks for the info i guess i'll need to change some of my habits! sheesh that's a lot of health problems.....
