I am not informed on the brands of multi vitamines that are sold in the US. but if you get one make sure this is in it:
Vitamine, A, B (especially B11 and B12) D, E and K, chromium, calcium, potassium and iron. these are the vitamines and minerals that you (as a person having an ED) run the biggest risk of getting a deficit of.
A vitamin for woman is mostly the best because it tends to contain more potassium calcium and iron, which are minerals woman need more than men.
Deb is right and if you dont want to take pills just get it else where. Overhere (but I am not sure you have it in the US) they sell little canns of yoghurt with multivitamine in it, it is the same amount as in a pill but you just eat it like yoghurt.
