that's a really good idea- i think i'm doing something like that next week which is the cognitive therapy-- i'd love to escape from a panic attack in 10 minutes!! you have some really good ideas, i've also heard before that the worst part of a panic attack isn't the actual attack, but the fear of getting future attacks- that's very true. i also like debs approach on "attacking the bear".....i'll have to check out if there's an actual fear management course in my area though....but i'm glad it worked out so well for you =)
