Hee,

I believe that anxiety attacks are something the entire board suffers from. When I was 22 I took a course (really it was therapy) called fear management. I am able now to get myself out of a panic attack within 10 minutes. For me this really works, I seen a dozen of psychologists who tried to figure out where the attacks came from but it never worked. Now I know that I have the control to get out of the attack I get more relaxed, I am not as afraid as before to get them and thus you dont get them. I dont know if any of you have the opportunity to do such a course but if you can, I would recommend it.
