Yes that is possible. it is called hypervitaminose (in dutch but the english word probably looks like it) The effects can be just as bad as a lack of vitamines. The deal is that it is really hard to get too much vitamines, you must exceed the maximum dosis about 5 times and eat a lot of vitamines on top of that.
If you are taking a multi vitamine just stick with what is on the box, if you are taking your vitamines seperately do the same, if you are taking a multivitamine and separate vitamine just get rid of the vitamines that are in the multivitamine.
You cannot get too much if you take the prescribed doses of all kinds of different vitamines, it is not so that they add up or something. So just stick to the prescribed doses and you will be fine.
