Rita, honey, if you were all right a couple of weeks ago, trust me, being huge is a feeling, not a reality. Whatever you have gained in a couple of weeks, you can lose in a couple of weeks. What you really need is some inspiration and a plan. It always helps me to read up on what's healthy and why, start a new chart of my eating plans, and talk to someone about it (in person or online). And when you feel desperate for some sugar, it might be that your body needs some--give it a some fruit or a smoothie. I have found that I almost NEVER binge if I have already eaten something healthy. It's only when I'm hungry and have nothing healthy to at that I get into trouble.

Bravo for not purging! You are taking good care of yourself. Keep at it, and let us know how you are doing. We really care here.
