okay, if you're like me, the binges come at night- i HATE this! to prevent it, i drink anything warm.....tea, like nicole said, but also try hot chocolate (the brand w/ calcium has only 25 cals in a packet)and broth is excellent!! any type of broth......i know, the "after dinner" binges!!! i hate them, try the liquids at night, let me know how it works out. stay strong!
