nicole,
couldnt have said it better myself....when you eat lots of fruits and veggies the weight literally just falls off!!! congrats on the 3 lbs in 2 days as well, it's true you dont always have to complety starve to lose weight....i eat loads of the stuff as well....i have this new snack you guys will love....take an apple, peel it, cut it up into very small "apple pie" type pieces.....put it in the microwave for 2- 2 1/2 minutes, top with cinnamon.....it's the perfect fall snack! try this A, it will "warm" your stomach , so it will feel fuller than it would just eating a plain apple....and just like nicole said, when you go long periods without eating, your body WILL fight back w/ a binge- more often than not.....you have to eat a little something, try some toast....lite wheat bread has only 35 cals a slice....good luck to you!
