 i have used laxatives about 3 times in the past month and im scared that i may become/already may be dependent. its hard to say that i'll be able to avoid a binge completely under my circumstances and who im with- but i would like a more natural approach to help me have a bowel movement so that my bloating isnt painful (im talking a full 5 lbs extra on me and pressure like horrible menstrual cramps) ...does anyone have something like a natural rememdy to help me??? it would be SOOOOO appreciated because this saturday is the day im supposed to be going out with those friends who LOVE to eat..and would suspect something if i didnt. thanks so much to all that can give me input!!!!!!
