Absolutely, Basil! That's the way to go...having healthy fruits and vegetables around me to nibble on throughout the day are what keep me from b/p, especially if I get stressed. Plus eating smaller "meals" throughout the day also help to speed up your metabolism. Stay away from the sweets (especially store bought ones) and chips and fast foods when possible. Don't completely deny your body...if you crave salt, have a small handful of pretzels to satisfy that instead of a bag of greasy potato chips; a handful of grapes or raisins when you want something sweet. It's about making healthier choices, too! BTW, I'm 5'7" and when I'm under a BMI of 19-20 people always comment how thin I look to them.

I'm not an exercise freak anymore and can go overboard with that, too so I substitute daily routines: I take the stairs instead of the elevator (4 or less flights), walk to the store instead of drive, things like that.
