I sure hope there is an alternative, because if there's anything worse than feeling depressed, it's feeling angry, and sometimes over little things that don't matter that much, but at the moment brings on the raging storm from within. I had one of those days today, and I don't like myself much tonight, so I am staying clear of people as much as possible till the tempest blows out to sea.
