Subject: Life of Shaz - Intro

If someone comes up with a better title, lemme know, or Kaz. She's the creator, i just write it =p

characters:

=shaz - cute and a little ditzy, adored by many guys, can't help but love them all, literally, likes to hit people over the head
p diddy - shaz's first love, always had a thing for her, blindly loves her, even when she hurts him, becoming a model
=ash - shaz's 'knight in shining armor', in denial about his feelings for her by dating other people, becoming a doctor
=dushy - shaz's sex buddy, has hidden feelings for shaz, over protective and jealous, goes on long walks with her, becoming a nightclub owner
=kaz - shaz's 'secret lover', refuses advances from men all the time, is extremely smart, becoming a teacher
=salty - kaz's 'secret lover', working class girl with strict parents, becoming a fashion designer
=cars - single chinese girl, innocent, good friend, tends to be a bit daft every now and then, tells like it is
=geetha - a party animal, has 'history' with ash which is hard to let go, firey and jealous, becoming a doctor at the same school as ash (which makes it even harder)
=ash's gf - innocent bystander, victim of circumstance, knows ash doesn't Really love her, but can't leave him, Won't leave him...
=elaine - loud and party animal, loves everyone, literally, is salty's 'secret lover' though, works for the government
=greg - kung fu master, protector of the innocent and most women who he thinks are hot, over protective of shaz, salty and elaine
=CC - chinese medical genius, dislikes old people, secretly craves dushy because he reminds her of 'seth', a secret love she thinks she'll never meet
=Marvyn - Rev. Head, runs underground racing syndicate, makes loads of money, doesn't like dancing, thinks shaz is too short, hangs out with cars sometimes when she works at the library
=Dulla - street name 'Dulla with the Mulla', knows how to run a party, partner of dushy's business, thinks shaz drinks too much and should go steady already

INT. Shaz's House, Party

People are milling around in their various groups, we move from group to group

Ash: So we just cut it out, and then she was better again
Geetha: Stop showing off already
Ash's GF: Oh it's ok, he's always like this. Besides, I know you're the better doctor
Geetha: ha!
Ash: Ow, that's my surgery arm!

Elaine: I just can't believe he did that
Salty: I know, but at least she knows better next time
Elaine: This is Shaz we're talking about
Salty: Hmm, you have a point. Oh, hey Dulla
Dulla: Ah, don't hug me, I bruised my ribs putting up damn posters at the club
Elaine: You should make that Dushy do something, Dulla!
Dulla: It's ok, I enjoy the hard work. Hey, you seen Marvyn or Greg?
Salty: I think they went to drop Greg's car off so he could drink
Dulla: Ah right, I'm gonna find shaz then
Elaine: Go get her tiger
Dulla: *wheeze*
Elaine: Sorry...

Kaz: wow, is this mongolian? it sounds so hot!
CC: I know! And whats even better, is it sounds like Seth!
Kaz: ...CC...
CC: Oh no, I did it again, I'm sorry. I just can't get him out of my head these days
Kaz: well maybe you should focus on someone more close by *points to Dushy and Shaz standing by the BBQ*
CC: *snorts* as if i have a chance with Shaz around. I love her to bits, but I mean it - I don't stand a chance
Kaz: that's what you said about curing that schitzophrenic woman of insomnia
CC: yeah well...ooh, I think this one is hawaiian japanese

Dushy: I think these are nearly done
Shaz: *just nods*
Dushy: Hey, what's wrong? My cooking isn't that bad
Shaz: I don't know, I just dont want to go away anymore. leaving is always hard, everytime
Dushy: Don't worry, soon you'll finish and not have to leave
Shaz: Aww, thanks dushy. Oh, sorry! I'm making you drop your tongs
Dushy: It's no problem *grinning*

We go back through the crowd as everyone is glancing then looking away from what just happened between Dushy and Shaz. CC looks sad while kaz smirks, Salty and Elaine are not impressed, and from their POV Dulla just reaches Dushy and Shaz. Ash looks hurt, Ash's GF notices but then smiles at something Geetha is saying.

EXT. Outside Shaz's House, Party

Marvyn: Those morons, I bet they broke their engine block
Greg: *laughs* that was some serious drag man
Marvyn: Not as much as you bashing that guy up at the servo with a Mars Bar
Greg: What can I say, he was dissing Jeon Ji Hyun, couldn't let him get away with it
Marvyn: I hope Shorty hasn't started with the grog yet
Cars: Hey fellas
Greg: Hi
Marvyn: Where's my manga?
Cars: Marvyn, it's eight frickin p-m. The library is closed.
Marvyn: So?...Ow!
Greg: *laughs*
Cars: Lets go in, I'm starving

We see them all sitting around the place eating now, drinking spirits, beer, or just something. Some watch TV (footy) while they eat, some sit and talk. Shaz is sitting with Kaz, Elaine, Salty and CC when her mobile goes off. She excuses herself and goes to see its a msg. She accesses it, and finds its from an unidentified number, with a simple message: Guess Who?

Cue Opening Credits by Kaz
