Subject: Request of all Hong Kong-knowing people!

My sister's going to be in Hong Kong for just ONE DAY in August on her way to London, and she was wondering what a tourist who's never been to Hong Kong before can do in one day! Does anyone have any ideas?

And she also wants to buy a Samsung (very specific there) digital camera while she's there, does anyone know where a good place to buy one would be??

And any idea of an OK hotel near the airport, or are they all pretty standard?
