He made small talk with the guys for a bit as Shay went and called Haylie, a smile on his face as he thought about Monarch going into labor. "That's going to be such a mess, you know that? She's going to yell and swear and Kyrian is going to pass out or cry cuz she is being mean to him or do something otherwise emmasculating like that." He was looking forward to being the one in the waiting room on that day. A smile played on his lips as he looked down at his son once more, brushing his finger down his cheek before he stood as the nurse came in. Before long everyone was ushered out by the matronly woman and Skeeter was calling out that he would see them all soon. Ryan was taken away to the nursery to be looked over but Skeeter got the promise that they would bring a bassinet in there and bring the baby back in shortly. With that, he nodded and finally started to relax a bit more, his eyes moving over to Gia. "You should try and get some sleep." She looked exhausted and she had every reason to be. It had been a hard day for everyone, but especially her. He shifted to kick off his shoes before he crossed over to the couch along the wall, stretching his arms out above his head before resting it back against the back of the couch. Closing his own eyes for a few minutes sounded heavenly. Their baby was here, everything was good with him, the dogs were with Kyrian and Haylie, their friends were happy and safe....he was content. A smile was playing on his aristrocratic lips as he closed his eyes and let himself doze off a bit.
