His eyes skimmed over her body, taking in the bruises that were already so bright and angry against her skin with a soft sigh, shaking his head before he gently dried her off with the towel on the edge of the tub and then wrapped her up in the robe. "Come on sweetie.." He murmured softly, his arm wrapped around her waist gently, careful to avoid the bruise on her hip. He was trying to be ok with the fact that she had a bruise because really it could have been much, much worse and he should be grateful that she was up and walking and not in the hospital or worse but yet he hated to see that perfect skin marred by the dark discoloration. He guided her into the living room to sit on end seat of the couch, placing a soft pillow between her hip and the arm of the couch before he pushed over the ottoman for her and then leaned to press a kiss to her forehead. "Soda to drink with your pizza?" He questioned, already straightening and heading to the kitchen to get their food.

    - He cocked a brow, smirking a touch. "I guess they are going to get married before he leaves." He shrugged a little, unsure what he thought about that. "I mean, its obvious that he loves her and vice versa but it just seems kinda sudden you know?" He nodded a little before he looked back to her. "Remember when you asked me about the desk job and if it bored me?" He paused a second. "I never really liked being in the line of fire, kind of always wanted to have what Remy has and I wanted to be able to be there for my family if I ever had one so its something I took into consideration when I took the job I did." He smiled a little, twisting some cheese around his finger before he bit it off and ate it. "Cheese is good...how do you feel about mushrooms?" (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.21
