Subject: recovering from years of illness

Hello-
JR keeps asking me to look at this post page. So I finally did. There are a lot of good things on it. I am going to ask some questions that I hope someone can help me with.
I am 34, 5'3" 107 pounds, female..

I have recovered from chemical toxicity, due to Gods healing, and now take liquid supplements to keep my body healthy. However, I am unable to find a protein that I can take due to soy allergies. Does anyone know of a soy free protein that does not have more than 15 grams of sugar per serving? I noticed a lot have over 200 grams of sugar per serving and I just don't want to dump that much sugar in my body. Also, I am trying to gain weight by lifting weights. However, I find my self too weak to exercise. (I lost most of my muscle due to the toxicity and am very weak...I'm literally starting over!) I just can't seem to get the energy. When I do exercise, I feel so shakey and weak after that it is uncomfortable. I don't even work up a sweat, I just lift 8 reps of a comfortable weight two times each exercise. I try to do this twice a week. But many weeks may go inbetween because I can't seem to disclipine myself.
Part of the problem is that I find I lose weight when I life and I can't afford to lose an ounce! I eat a sandwich (actually more like a mini meal before I exercise, I also use Boost Plus for extra calories).
Does anyone have any help or suggestions for me?
