愛滋病感染人數創新高，當中更涉多個性伴侶的集體感染個案，難保愛滋病毒不會出現另類「社區爆發」。

社會組織「關懷愛滋」及同志團體「香港彩虹」均指，本港性教育近年見倒退，導致新一代出現「性開放但性無知」的現象，認為有必要加強性教育，讓他們明白安全性行為的重要性。

防病意識鬆懈

「香港近年最常聽到沙士、H5N1禽流感，知道這類病毒好快可以殺死人，但愛滋病呢？由於可潛伏多年，加上藥物愈來愈昌明，少了併發症，新一代大都認為對自己好遙遠，意識自然鬆懈。」關懷愛滋預防項目經理雷智明的分析，正好說明冒死「不設防」的社會現象，年輕人未能獲得清晰的性教育，遇上性衝動，引發問題更多。

責性教育嚴重倒退

本身屬同性戀者的香港彩虹成員煒煒則表示，近四五年本港性教育出現嚴重倒退，特別是安全性行為的訊息，往往為社會上的保守派定性為等同濫交，不願多談，導致當年一班十五六歲的年輕人，今年成為二十歲開外的性活躍者，但仍對性無知，情況值得關注。記者呂麗嬋
