香港的性別岐視條例中, 從沒有任何一項是有關
性傾向岐視的. 即是, 是否代表, 香港從沒有這種岐視?

要考的一科,有一個CHATPER剛和這有關.

5.1.2處理性傾向歧視個案

政府曾經指出，接獲有關性傾向歧視的投訴少之又少，未有顯示出歧視的普遍性。這正正反映由於現時缺乏反性傾向歧視法例，性傾向歧視個案因而難被受理，受屈者投訴無門，造成性傾向歧視被「地下化」的情況。政府應把性傾向平等機會法／反歧視法加以落實，設立接受性傾向歧視投訴及處理個案的相關機制，為因性身份而遭受歧視的受屈者提供投訴渠道，並進行跟進。
