Subject: Mckenzie semi-sneak mounts

I recently got a 6512 series semi sneak form from Mckenzie. The problem is the deer im doing is rather small. 6 3/4 e-n & 16" B measurment. The form is super small in the shoulders and looks like a yearling form. I got a mckenzie head up form for a 15" deer that I did and it had a full broad shoulder and more defintion. The head up appears to be the same as a semi sneak only with the head in an upright position so why the big difference in the overall size of the form. The semi sneak 16" is dwarfed by the head up 15" and im not sure the customer will like it being that the deer is so small to begin with and now the shoulders are real small too. Any suggestions?
