OK...let's go over the drill again, when Ken was in office, there was no half-time, I think the current president thinks half-time is at the patriots game. Ken negotiated several pay raises which resulted in 5 to 7 upgrades...of course it is now more difficult but you have to try....you must use your resources which Ken has at the statehouse...again get Bob MapQuest....and let's not forget when he worked with both Senators and State Reps, he secured a back pay for most of us over $6,000 and yes again it is more difficult, our 4% raise is just like most of every other state employee....let' get to the meat and potatoes....we are doing parole and private vendors work with possibly more to come...where is the "DEMAND TO BARGAIN"....opp's sorry thats a union term when you feel your doing more than what is asked of you and not getting compensated for.....I know alot to take in but again...opp's Group 4 Retirement, go in with a game plan, short and sweet, no babbling...talk with some people who know who the committee members are....staffing is a problem within our ranks, where is the fight....hey...of course Ken is a friend of mine, so I will stand up for him no matter what, but the facts of what has gone on in this union is not fiction, more work, less compensation and the same promises, no results......a person wrote the other day that Ken was not a "Ball of Fire" but I rather have someone with some... working for the union and it's members...BESSY
