Ok Guys, this is what is available for us based on doing research with 5 travel agencies, and 5 airlines.

Travel agencies contacted were: First class, Air club, Travel Express, Quo Vadis, and Sport Tours.

The airlines contacted were: Czech Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Sky Europe, Wizz Air, and LOT Polish Airlines.

First of all in all cases it�s cheaper to buy individual tickets than buying a group rate. See below for price comparisons. Also the best deal comes from Czech Airlines and then Austrian Airlines. The travel agencies in ALL cases were more expensive than the two airlines mentioned before.

Here it is:

Czech Airlines:

Individual ticket: 680 PLN + taxes group ticket: 918 PLN + taxes
2nd cheapest individual ticket: 840 PLN + taxes

Schedule: Departure Warsaw: March 18 10:30
Arrival Prague: March 18 11:40
Departure Prague: March 18 12:15
Arrival Belgrade March 18 13:45

Departure Belgrade March 21 14:30
Arrival Prague March 21 16:00
Departure Prague March 21 17:05
Arrival Warsaw March 21 18:40

Austrian Airlines:

Individual ticket: 1281 PLN taxes included group: 1376 PLN taxes included

Schedule: Departure Warsaw March 18 11:10
Arrival Vienna March 18 12:30
Departure Vienna March 18 13:25
Arrival Belgrade March 18 14:35

Departure Belgrade March 21 15:20
Departure Vienna March 21 19:30
Arrival Warsaw March 21 20:45

So, it is better to book the ticket yourself, looks like Czech airlines is the cheapest, just call there office in Warsaw, or look on the internet, if someone finds a better deal please inform us.
