Thank you for the lengthy response. Regarding point a, my frenulum, I think, is somewhat thin, especially when flaccid, but tightens up a bit during an erection, and I am unable to fully stretch the skin backwards towards the shaft. Because of this, ridges of skin form around the sulcus, and it is somewhat uncomfortable when the skin glides over this area. I do think that a tying up would alleviate this, and of course, would prevent my frenulum from ripping during intercourse.

More worrisome for me, though, is that I have darker skin, and I'm unable to locate the frenular arteries. I will try using a flashlight to see if it becomes easier to find these.

Also, does the foreskin stay retracted once the knot is in place? Or does the knot stay "inside" the foreskin until it cuts through the skin? Another benefit of this process I was looking for is being able to have the glans exposed or unexposed at will.
