YES IT WAS,

The simple theory is that it is best not to leave any material on the glans or it may look odd, so you should tie as deep as my previous lengthy, waffly message detail allows.
PS, note the severed parts will go flat eventually once the severing has occurred.........
Keep it well protected during healing to stop scar tissue or it may get a white, ulcerated look like mine had for a while gasp!!!!!!!!!! The foreskin will do its job of keeping stuff smooth...with its own natural secretions.
