Hehe, what an idea! Now, I also suffer from a degree of phimosis, (hourglass foreskin)when retracting......... The foreskin opening sphincter-like ligament? is extremely strong. Obviously, stretching, as recommended by Jim and Paul B on the network 54 phimosis, frenulum issue forum ( http://www.network54.com/Forum/244184/ ) does work very well if you have time or patience to put in the time to stretch......The only trouble is, how patient are you?
Obviously, if you stretch over months, nothing is damaged, but with the surgery vertically tying on the phimotic ridged band? you will, I suppose be re-creating an equivalent of a side foreskin slice......without removing the skin....... You should really ask JIM and Paul B at the network 54 subforums. (link above)
They can easily advise. Personally, I think there is a delicate balance between loose and tight foreskins. Too loose may be a problem, too tight is definitely a problem, just right...is the mission lol......
Maybe someone would like to experiment o.O ?

Sweeney's pretty unexciting signature. Here to TRY to help the similarly afflicted and others' who are unaware of their issue.
Let's crack this and stop circumcision and stop the sale of foreskin's to make skin graft starter's. QUOTE One foreskin can
yield enough cells to make four acres of
grafting material END
