Subject: And the results? Disappointing
In reply to: SweeneyTodd 's message, "Re: using frenulum tying technique for phimosis" on 12:08:05 05/17/09 Sun

It seems "curiousg" eventually determined that this was not the way to go.

Read the whole discussion with us over here.

Why isn't it such a good idea? Well, for starters, while the impetus for frænulum tying is that stretching is tedious and prolonged and I never doubt this, stretching the foreskin opening is much more straightforward and results, generally speaking, more immediately satisfying.

Also, as Sweeney comments here, you want the foreskin opening to be particularly elastic whereas you generally simply wish the frænulum to be loose (of course, some would argue this on the basis that it has a function to provide a particular sensation, and to provide the "auto-return" for the foreskin). So maybe chopping little pieces into the foreskin, requiring neat healing, is not a good idea.

Anyway, "curiousg" deems the experiment a failure unless otherwise notified, and I encourage people to get working on the stretching - seriously - before seeking other options.
