 Evansville always has a big turnout with Beckee S. and Teresa C. bringing everyone. Evansville's history is hot - go down there.
Terre Haute, in my opinion, has never brought any successful pageants and Indy (as large as it is) doesn't either.
To have a successful pageant with numbers, go down to Evansville.
