Not director of Miss US...

If you haven't seen prelims that offer that you must not do many of them. And not all prelims have states or even nationals, some are just that, low key pageants.

My dd has done many prelims that have events that US has.
And no they are not all fizzled out. All American Miss is still going strong.

Now see, my pageants were different. My pageant was not a Dollar Tree pageant, I have been very upset, forking over $100 to do a pageant and my dd got a $5 crappy crown. Fabulous Faces even did that. So when I started, I wanted to give kids that came from not so fortunate families a taste of national level prizes and that is what I did. The beauty crowns cost $13, grand crowns were $25. Gifts were great, not anything you get at Dollar Tree, like some nationals give.

I started slow and small, I wanted to give something that the kids would be proud of. That was my goal.

Again, I will bring up, everyone on the board last year bashing me saying that pageants in Indiana are EXPENSIVE. Maybe you all caused the price to be that high. When pageants start in Indiana you all are quick to bash them. now I am not saying that Miss US is on the up and up, but I would love to have my pageants again, but I have learned too many people jump the gun and think things are too good to be true and never give them a chance.
