 My questioning is, if you do not have a business license to run a pageant , then how do you get insurance for your pageants then? Or are you one of the few that does not and pray not to get sued?
If you are running any business under a fictitious name (not your own on your 1040 form/social security #) it is Indiana state law you must fill out that form ( check it out by calling the Attny. generals office or your courthouse).
So what I am understanding it that this pm on here, is stating that she does this without filing and knowingly breaks the law as well as had various pageants in the past as well without doing so as well. Doesn't make you very reputable to be on here trying to side with the US director who refuses to give out her real name as well.
And also kind of bad getting on here saying you were blackballed and use a different name as well.
