Hey Gang,

It's that time again so pull up a chair and get ready to be spoiled once again as we sail into our weekend on a bar of soap. The lather out there is so dense these days that you might have trouble separating the suds from the tile, but do not feel too badly my soapy friends, for you are not alone. The Princess of suds and long bubble bath sessions by candlelight is here to guide you through the fog with my new "Gucci See Through The Bullshit Sun glasses" (on sale by the way).....

The war behind the scenes continues, and with it comes such amazing clarity and amusement. A certain network may not have covered all their bases as they thought they had so many years ago (oopsy daisy, now where can that contract be hiding I wonder). Only the shadow knows (look closely my dear Agnes, for you are in the driver�s seat and don't realize it)...........

How many fans out there want to see only one of ours shows survive under a company that has done nothing but lie to us, (without the support of the unions, and with an all-new cast in a different country)? Everyone who thinks this is a wonderful idea, please raise your hands now as a show of support! I need a show of hands. Anyone (ahem-clears throat).....Maybe it's the mic (can anyone hear me)..........

And there is no merger they say? Well, they are half-right (the name will not change). All My Cancellations is getting to be more fascinating than the actual shows themselves. Time to stock up on Junior Mints and Popcorn for the show has only just begun (and the forthcoming announcement will only kick it into high gear)....

Loyal readers of my column were not surprised by the return of Trevor St John in the finale because they read this from my August 24, 2011 column still archived here:

There are a few out there who are very late to this party, but you heard it here first back in July. If nothing comes along to screw this one up, look for the impossible to happen and OLTL fans will find themselves truly "VICTORious" in the end!

And for those of you fighting to see that I receive credit for scooping that Genie Francis was returning as Laura (a scoop that I have stood by and maintained since I first announced it in June), never fear my friends, that's what dated archives are for. Same goes for my scoop that Jonathan Jackson will return as Lucky (I even announced this on the radio during a broadcast with Silas Kain dated 12/13/11). God bless dates (they don't lie, people do).

In that vein, I wanted to clear something up that I don't think has ever been truly addressed before. It's not the other columnists (many of whom I call friend) that I am referring to when I bring up my not receiving credit for items that clearly originated with me. I am not referring to Nelson Branco, Jamey Giddens, Carol Banks Weber or others that I love and respect. I am only referring to a certain faction of psychotic fans out there who spend every hour of the day traveling like locusts from site to site to make sure that no matter how blatantly a scoop originated from me, that it not be credited to me. It doesn't matter how many thousands of scoops I have gotten over the years since I began in 2001, they are not interested in dates, the truth, or doing what's fair or honorable. It's a game for them....don't play it. They are trolls doing exactly what comes natural to them (my readers know the truth). My 5000 readers at Facebook, and my now nearly 8000 readers who visit each day here at my site, are all that I care about. Let them spin it any way they want, they are merely frustrated as they are running out of ammunition these days. It's called grasping at straws and sinking into the void. They only look ridiculous now (no need to assist)........

I told you that a major mass exodus was on it's way at GH a few months back, and so it begins my friends. For my newer readers out here, I am not a newspaper or magazine (I do not get the news only as it is about to become an announcement). I get early rumblings only (casting is my strength). It's how I am able to give you a very early heads up on what's coming down the pike. On that note, ask any actor in the business, and they will tell you flat out that what they are being told today could completely change tomorrow (all you need is a pot of coffee behind closed doors). Many are given storyline and script changes on the day of taping. It's not backtracking. It's not an excuse. It's called reality (come to the light children). The same people who don't understand how fluid this business is are typically the same nitwits that tweet actors about their contract status on Twitter and expect them to break their contractual gag orders with ABC (and I am the villain for sharing news as I always have with you)! I'm not the insensitive, clueless, nitwit contacting actors via Twitter and confronting them with something that could be painful for them, and then asking them to speak to the matter! Dear Lord! LOL! I wonder if these people even know how to spell! Please tell me these types don't work at hospitals or labs as I could be in deep trouble right now.....Lol....

As I stated last week, look for many to exit in a very "explosive" way with one of my favorite younger actors that shouldn't even be a question mark for the new regime. I told you that my favorite villain of all time was returning to GH and gave you massive clues up and down my Facebook wall. Many of you guessed it with all my talk of "Subspecies" but a very warm welcome nonetheless to my favorite of all time (vampire kisses to Anders Hove)! To anyone who has still not seen "Subspecies" or it's sequels, you are missing out on a true gem! These films were shot on location in Romania and have some of the most incredible imagery I have ever seen (and these are old school European vampires and not the new blood or modernized). Anders is the star attraction of these films as the vampire Radu! Welcome home Faison (you can abduct me anytime)! Now if we could only get Anders to move from Denmark and live in America permanently! If anything happens to ruin this deal, I will scream like a banshee (so don't do it)!

Remember this from my column dated 1/10/12 (not new for my readers):

Speaking of style, look for a big change coming to the look and feel of GH. GH is going back in time to its illustrious roots. Newbie�s are being cut to make room for old favorites. If you thought AMC surprised you with all of its magical returns, just wait until you see what GH has planned! Many smiles for long time GH viewers!

General Hospital will be resurrecting an old look and feel that we have not seen in decades. Look for the fun, campy, darker stories to emerge once again (not darker as in another child dies, but darker as in how to freeze the world again for instance). General Hospital meets true villainy once more with many favorite troublemakers returning to bring down the house in style. Look for reunions you never thought could happen, and the dead shall rise again......

One major male player has decided to stick it out, but another's shocking exit will begin a tidal wave that will cover the very earth (don't ask me for more clues on this one so that you can confront the guy on his Twitter)! Certain fans have ruined things for us all. Many might say that he is a large part of the show (he will go out in a shocking turn of events).....

Tick tock.....tick tock...tick tock........

On July 14th, I told you that Ted King would return to GH and this was laughed off. I guess I will get the last laugh after all..........(winks)......

Twinkle twinkle little Starr, your new great love won't be far........

Liz will be reunited with someone who has always brought her "luck"..........

I keep hearing that lunchtime is a problem at a certain show (I guess the actors should stock up on Power Bars)!

Finally, as I have been telling you guys since April 2011, GH is set to wrap in July to be off the air by September 2012. Please know that I would never lie to you, so I won't tell you that GH will remain at ABC, because it's not going to. If it gets a stay of execution, it would be short term only (and only to give Katie a stronger lead in until they find another cheapie waiting in the wings). Please don't drink the Kool-Aid again. Don't let them play you again. It's the same script (only the players have changed). They are lying to you again. The shows have a wonderful chance of resurrection under a new deal being looked at now, but it will not be at ABC, and it may indeed be the merging of two shows so to speak (early stage rumblings on the latter). Just prepare yourselves, and learn something from what you went through in April 2011!

Lastly, I can't begin to truly thank you for your continued love and support. It's just incredible. I check in and read your many messages to me over at Facebook, and out here, and I am just overwhelmed to be honest. The last few weeks have been tough for me (a few setbacks), but I am a fighter. I will be retesting in March (PET Scan-Bone Scan), as I am just not ready to have those tests done again so soon. Not ready to hear any more potential bad news right now. You need to be there to understand perhaps, but I am worried and just not ready. Sometimes the unknown can be a good thing (at least for a while). Unusually tired lately so forgive me for giving this to you a little late. I love you guys! I mean that from the heart. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend! Much love to you guys! XOXO!

Gossip Column Disclaimer That Will Appear In Each Column!

This disclaimer will appear each week. Please keep in mind that these are rumors, and any gossip or rumors found within, are completely unsubstantiated. I know this goes without saying for most of you, but there are many new readers out there as well. So far, my sources have been pretty darn good over the years, and I am truly grateful. It would be pointless to have a gossip column without gossip, so you will find both fact and unsubstantiated rumors within these walls. Also, please note that actors are contractually bound by gag orders. They are not allowed to reveal whether they are leaving or not, until the network gives them the green light to do so. Insisting that actors speak to rumors that involve their relationship with their respective shows, places them in a very awkward position. Please keep all of this in mind as you read my column (which will come out every other week). In addition, I can be wrong, and freely admit this. When my sources give me what they have, it's what they are hearing backstage at that moment in time. They are the first to admit that stories can be scrapped or rewritten, with casting decisions changing frequently. I respect their limitations, and so should you. Most of what I hear are very early rumblings, but I will keep nothing from you either way.

If it makes you feel any better about not being able to get onto her FB page, I can honestly say that I much prefer coming here. I find the FB page very chaotic because of all the posts from everyone else. Since it isn't a fan page, I understand why so not complaining about that - just stating, anyway, since it isn't a fan page, there is no way to filter and only see Raven's posts. This site is much more reader friendly than her FB page. I have also found that the response posts here tend to offer more as far as additional tidbits/speculation from readers.

Just my personal opinion, not knocking the FB page at all, just wanted to reassure everyone that can't get onto the FB page that this page is just as good, if not better IMO.

Oh my dear beautiful Ravenbeauty!This blurb gave me goosebumps&brought tears to my eyes(in a good way lol).I've not been quite the same since OLTL aired it's last ABCD show.I've actually been rather irritable&down in the dumps without the show.I wouldn't admit that to anyone other than you&my fellow soap fans.This news gives me a bit of hope......maybe(soap gods willing)there's a light at the end of this dark depressing tunnel.Having AMC&OLTL back would be like getting dear beloved family back in my life.God bless you Raven&thank you for being there for us!XOXOXO

I think it's really great that JJ is coming back to GH and that Lucky and Liz will be reunited. There's something very special about the way he and BH interact with each other on the screen.

Sounds like all of the changes are coming to GH just a little too late. Hope another network will pick it up and OLTL as well--SOON.

Raven, that fighting spirit comes through in every message/update that you post. May it always be with you. And remember, in the words of one of my favorite ministers, a setback is just "a setup for something good"!

OK I have been watching a very long time. Some of the history of GH s/l's weren't all good. So I'm going to see how Cartini rolls it out. I just want good s/l's and no long dragging s/l's of any kind. Love Genie is coming back but I do love her on Y&R. I also hope just cause Luck is back it is just for the short term and leaves again. I for one DO NOT want Lucky and Liz doing anything together except them each moving on with their lives. Yes I will disclose I only want one absolute couple to be a standing till the end and it is Liz and Jason. I will wait and see how the s/l's are handled till at least the end of April. I've suffered thru at least 3 yrs with the current s/l's. I also am already crying for Robin/Kim leaving. Watched her come to GH many years ago.

I love vampire movies and thought that I had seen just about all of them, but I have never seen Subspecies. I will this weekend. I noticed a lot of people coming forward on FB to say they would be there if you ever decide take action on this. Count me in as well. I've seen it with my own eyes and they allow it to continue. They allow it to remain there for everyone to see for hours and even days. They obviously want to see you thoroughly humiliated for as long as possible. It's sickening with everything you are going through. It's disgraceful at this point. I think you need to take a stand my dear Raven. You need only say the word and you will have many witnesses by your side.

Please let me know.

As for the poster who lied about contacting you and being blocked, he will hang himself in time. He's not very sharp that one. Stay strong baby bird.

lots of questions-- I havent watched GH in YEARS. Are the rumors true that they will be killing off Robin from AIDS?
When she goes is the guy who plays her husband staying- cause I remember reading in a mag that they were dating. Wonder if he'll flow suit and leave too?

And finally does anyone think Ron C would kick ass if he brought back the Nurses Ball to GH???? I could see him having a blast with that event!!

I'm a long time reader who has never posted a comment here, though I've often meant to. I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy reading your columns, and how much I look forward to them! And that I am thinking of you and sending you all of the good, strong, healthy thoughts that I can.

Also, I can't believe (well, I can, and have seen it in other contexts but am totally baffled and disgusted by it nonetheless) how toxic people can be, especially with under veil of internet anonymity. Please, please don't let a few pathetic wackos with nothing better to spend their time on get to you. You're a treasure to soap fans, and clearly (from your posts) a warm, caring person who deserves much better.

I am a 30+ GH fan from Italy and I just found out about this site a couple of months ago.
It's unbelievable how you manage to get your hands on these news. Thank you for sharing them.

I pray that the test results in March are only great results for you. I truly do get why you need a respite before you go back to find out what's going on. Sometimes you need the time to regather and regroup, I hope your energy comes back and that you get stronger each day.

hope everything turn out well in March. Sounds like your a fighter and I hope you can kick this cancers ass. Cause cancer sucks and there should be no place for it in anyone's life.
Just a behind the scenes questions about AMC, which I know is gone and you are no longer covering, but for your articles I see it held a special place in your heart & life.
1. Susan Lucci seems so lovely in interviews- is she really like that or was she a diva on set?
2. Why did Robin C go to OLTL and GH but never land back on AMC? There was always a spot for Skye as long as Adam was there, yet the role returns to GH on a semi regular basis but never did the same for AMC. I was so unhappy she never came back for mrytle or stuart's funeral or the final weeks.
3. Over the years MEK went gray and gained weight. Was the network putting pressure on him to keep up the soap "hunk" looks and he just won the fight? Cause if that was a woman - I cant see the shows being as willing to let them age naturally.

Fight the fight...cause we all think you are worth it! Hope our thoughts and prayers are helping!

Hi Angelo-- good point about RC. I just assumed GH gave her a better deal $$$$. Plus didnt Jill Farren Philips work with her on Another World??? With both RC and Linda Dano..... I kinda assumed it was RC & LD's past on AW with JFP- is why they rewrote Syke's past and made her the daughter of Rae.
And I kinda guessed Julie Carruthers wasn't as willing to negociate with RC. Guess she found the role un- needed. But I agree 100% Syke shoucl have come home for those funerals and the finale. Plue, heck rather then bring Jamie L in as a red headed Liza-- they should have tried to strike a deal with RC to return as Skye. Skye could have easily been in the mix with Zach and Kendall and had a fling with Tad! She would have worked so much better in my mind!

Ughhh-- in looking at the final months of OLTL it makes me angry that they are off teh air...cause I think they did everything right. Knew the history of the show and valued it--- brought back characters with such rich history--- show cased out vets---- even their recast were done right. AMC had fallen off track and it wanst the show we all loved. They lost sight of what made it work...who we cared about and wanted to see on our screens. I just hope RC & FV can bring back the rich history of GH and not make it so dark and all mob related

Hey Guys,

God bless you for all your beautiful notes and comments. It's been a very rough few weeks for me (the past few days have been excruciating in every conceivable way). As you can see, I am still no closer to getting caught up out here with my wall or my e-mails (I apologize for that). If this is any indication on how the rest of 2012 is going to be, I am in trouble (not good). In any event, I just wanted to let you know that the scoop I had when Brenda was leaving (that she would leave pregnant with Sonny's child), was not revealed upon her departure, however this will be fully revealed upon her return. Much is changing behind the scenes right now, so I can only give you what I am hearing from my sources at THIS point in time. Back in January 2011, I stated that Brenda would leave with Jax and nobody believed it at the time (and she did just that). That same source is letting me know that Brenda will return with Sonny's child unless the deal falls through (and that can certainly happen as you know). This is a very fluid business. Thanks again for the lovely notes of support out here. They are Aloe Vera on my burn. I love you guys for it! XOXO! ♥

First time posting a comment. Since OLTL ended (especially with the scene that Trevor St. John was in) I have been depressed and angry. I realize that to some people it may seem silly to be upset over a television show, but I've been watching for 35 years. I hate that I don't have OLTL to look forward to every day. Am I just insane for being so attached or is ther anyone else out there feeling a deep depression? The soaps are my getaway from a not so great home life and GH hasn't been that great lately (IMO) I don't like the new Kate and how much time is being spent on the Kate and Sonny story. I would rather watch more of the other current stories although some of them aren't stellar it would still be better than Kate and Sonny, again just my opinion.

Here I am again, and no closer to catching up to my wall (best of intentions however). I just wanted to say that I am getting many emails regarding Prospect Park and wanted to clarify how I feel about this for what it's worth. I am sure that Disney wanted to issue a similar statement to get us all to quiet down and leave them alone (as outrageous as their behavior was, Disney knew better). We are not as vacant as they had hoped. They had no idea what a powerful voice we have. They had no idea how much power we have. They had no idea who they were messing with. The soaps are dying all right, so much so that millions have come forward to cause the greatest ruckus ever seen in response to a cancellation before. If we were dead, as they so eloquently stated, then we have surely arisen. Be afraid. Be very afraid for we are not going away. As for what Prospect Park will do, they have been shamed badly in all of this, and if they are smart, they will produce something at this point (and something we can recognize with the blessing of the unions). If they can do this, I will cheer the loudest, but until I see something actually happen, they are not getting one shred of hope from me ever again! Prove it Prospect Park! Restore our faith! Give us a reason to think you have a soul and a conscious! Give us the end result! Give us what you promised. Don't tell us to go quietly into the night with our tails between our legs. Restore our faith, for it was crushed as badly as our hearts. If you cannot do this, do the right thing and give Agnes back the rights...........................

AMC & OLTL Facebook Updates...... --

Hey Guys,

These posts are from Friday and Saturday (my posts from a discussion we have going in regards to news we may be getting soon). I am bringing these over because I have no more room at Facebook anymore (really frustrating). In any event, here you go....

The best we can hope for is a short stay of execution until they find another replacement (GH). I am praying. I really am. I still expect them to wrap in July to be off by September as planned (really hoping we get a reprieve of some kind). As for OLTL, I truly believe it will rise up out of the ashes sooner than you think. That's my opinion based on what I know is going on behind the scenes on this. Now would be the time for Prospect Park to restore a little faith here. Too much fighting over these shows right now to get into details, but suffice to say it's not exactly over....

And Cat is absolutely right. Our loud and powerful voices are being heard. We have continued to fight for nearly a year now. I have never seen such passion in my life. I just hope the best man wins so to speak. It's been intense behind the scenes. Lots of meetings and conference calls. This nut's about to crack open here soon.

The fact that a battle exists behind the scenes was reason enough for me to smile. We are obviously not the only ones who see these jewels for what they truly are and have been for generations. There would not be a fight behind the scenes if there was no interest anymore. It's become quienes mas macho at this point. Game's on.......NOT game over......

I am however in traction after having my chain yanked again and again and again by Disney and Prospect Park.

Very glad about the OLTL news. I very much want to support GH out of principle because of the few soaps left but at the same time when it comes right down to the nitty gritty, the one i care about - the show that i've long felt is one of the best on television PERIOD regardless of genre or daypart - is OLTL and my own personal choice is to join in the battle for rescuing this specific show and it's very reassuring to know the possibility is still real.

I have been protesting and boycotting ABC/Disney. I comment on all the articles I can find. I was banded from ABC online. I am missing All My Children like crazy. Is there any hope for AMC? The best way I can try to explain it is through an analogy. Let's say a guy has a girlfriend that he wants to drop. He tells her that it's over, but then changes his mind and says he thinks that they can work it out after all. Months go by and he realizes he just doesn't want her anymore. He can't make it work. Then a couple of guys step forward to tell him how crazy he is for letting her go. So much so that now they are interested in her. Her heart still belongs to the guy who dumped her, but the new guys that are now interested in her, want her for the right reasons (not because it's just a game of winning for them now). They are not playing quienes mas macho. They truly want her. Now suddenly the guy who wasn't interested in her MUST have her. He will do more to keep her because it's all about winning and saving face now. The bottom line is that someone will get her now because there is just too much fighting over her for her to end up all alone as she was going to be. That's as close as you are going to get to the real truth of the matter....

I had to reread this again&pop back in. On first reading I thought I had the first 'guy'&'new guy' pegged as ABCD&PP. Now,on second reading,I'm thinking the first 'guy' is PP and there's someone new at the table....someone we,or at least I,haven't heard mention of. Prospect spent months letting all of us believe all was going full speed ahead with AMC&OLTL before they pulled the rug out from underneath us. Then came the announcement both were being 'shelved'. Not long after that we hear(I assume after another party/the 'new guys' showed interest)word PP still might be able to air OLTL. I never bought that song&dance for a minute.It screamed of 'saving face' to me.
So there are new players at the table&now PP wants to keep AMC&OLTL???I say again.....WOW!
Well this will make for interesting Sunday afternoon pondering for me lol.

My first chance to check in today, but I wanted to reiterate again that this is buzz right now from my source. That means that nothing has been signed on the dotted line yet (please note how I worded this). The buzz from the person I heard this from is a VERY good sign indeed, but nothing signed yet that (I) know of. I just thought you would want to know what is being batted around and who is being considered for a return. I too am excited because Lucy was always a favorite. That's how I feel too Penny. Believe me, I am grateful for every morsel my sources give me. I've had two incredible sources in particular for years. They have given me so many since 2001 that I could never hope to count them all. There have been periods of time where my average has been around 90% (when I get one right after another boom boom boom) and other times when I am at about 70% or so. In this industry, you are lucky to get 50/50 because it's as fluid as water. I've said it a million times before, but it's quite true, all you need is a pot of coffee behind closed doors tomorrow and everything you were just told yesterday could absolutely change (and not everyone gets a memo)!

I treat my sources with the utmost respect always. If I treated them like certain fans (thankfully not the majority) have treated me over the years, they would have left me long ago and stopped giving me scoops. If I whined about the 5 or 10 that never happened out of the 50 that did, they would tell me to kiss their ass, and find someone else more deserving. I actually got one of my sources this way. Someone else was just incredibly ungrateful and they contacted me and have given me some wonderful ones over the years! I never ever bust their balls over any scoops that hit the scrap pile! I know better! I am just grateful for what they can tell me period! We are all very lucky to get what we can get these days. I never look for a perfect score because it simply doesn't exist and is a completely unrealistic expectation. I am thankful that the majority of fans have gotten wiser over the years, understand the ins and outs, have more realistic expectations, and are just as grateful as I am to get what we can get.... :)

Hey Gang,

I just wanted to thank you for all the really beautiful Valentine wishes. You always know how to brighten my day. I know I haven't been around much over the past 4 days or so, but I've been a bit preoccupied here lately. I have an appointment with the plastic surgeon on Monday because there is a suspicious area growing underneath where the incision has been healing. As sickening as it is to say aloud, it resembles the Epitheloid Angiosarcoma they first found. Strange looking lines in bright red as before.

At first, it was just a dot so I ignored it. Now it's a very pronounced red line, and in the same area. Praying it is something else entirely. Don't know what to think at the moment. If it only took 4 months to grow back, I'm in trouble. I noticed it some days back, but now it's more very pronounced and raised. Really trying not to completely freak out here until I get some answers. I am expecting him to remove it on Monday and send it in. I haven't fully healed yet from the Mastectomy so I am a little angry and losing my sense of humor here. I just want off this ride. I promised to always keep you in the loop. Forgive me if I am not out here as much as I usually am (I'm not purposely ignoring your many lovely posts). My mind is just all over the place at the moment (soap scoops seem almost silly right now). I will keep you posted when I know something (hoping they can get me in sooner than Monday, but that's all they had). In any event, I hope everyone has a great week. I love you guys (genuinely). ♥

Please note the soap updates that I have been leaving out steadily since my last column almost two weeks ago (last update was on 2/7/12). There have been many, but I place them under the current thread.

Please contact MDAnderson Cancer Center in Houston TX. According to their web site they treat 100 or more cases of your type of breast cancer every year. My son was diagnosed with rectal cancer at the age of 31, extremely rare.He was treated at MDACC, after 5 years he is cancer free. DO NOT WAIT. THEY SAVE LIVES!

Maybe its just irritated under the incision because when its healing it usually becomes itchy and that is why it is red and swollen either from rubbing or scratching. Then they may just give you an antibiotic. Wish you the best and will be thinking of you on Monday.

While I admit that I love hearing scoops and gossip concerning the soap operas, they absolutely are silly in the grand scheme of things. You are so incredibly brave in the way you are battling for your health. Not only are you fighting the disease, you are doing so in a very public manner. There are few women that could (or would) do so, and for that- I applaud you.

The fact that you would take ANY time from your day to update us amazes me and is a blessing. We don't want for anything besides your healing...scoops be damned. I know everything is high alert because of the seeming death of an entire genre, but REAL life (as opposed to "reel" life) ALWAYZ takes priority and you, my dear are about as real as they come. Hey Guys, I am just now TRYING to catch up to my e-mails, some of my wall out here, etc. I just wanted to pass this on to you for what it's worth. My trusty long time source who told me back in August 2011 that Trevor St. John would make a surprise appearance during OLTL's finale (which he did despite all denials) has told me that Robin will appear very much alive in the same manner for GH's finale. It's being done in a very similar fashion. I told you that Robin would not TRULY be dead weeks back, but fans will actually see her again after her so called death. Also a word of warning that I think most of you have already figured out on your own as many of these returns are being done for a reason right now. They are not meant to be long term. Enjoy the fact that we get to see them again. That MAJOR celebrity return will be announced soon. I'm still praying that ABC does the right thing and honors what Anne Sweeney promised when she stated that the best show would remain (the best show is clearly not The Revolution). My source has been telling me since last April that this is a done deal despite how well the shows do. If they do this thing, the outrage will be even greater at this point. Fans don't take it well when they have been lied to (performers don't either). We need to hold Anne Sweeney's feet to the fire over her statement. Good luck Katie (you are going to need it).....

Personal Facebook Update:

Thank you guys so much. I cannot tell you how much you mean to me. I have spent the last week freaking out and obsessing over this thing. I finally decided to try and put it away in a box high up in the closet of my mind so to speak until I see the surgeon on Monday. I just didn't expect a scare so soon. I remember what I first thought when I saw that strange rash on my breast before we learned that it was a rare form of breast cancer. I thought it was simple dermatitis and I let it go for a month or two thinking it would go away. Then they took their sweet time in getting me in for surgery and every day was mind numbing because you could actually watch it grow (horrifying experience). It would branch out into these odd spindle like lines. This is far away enough from the incision that I do not feel it's an infection (in fact the incision is healing and looks very clean). My stitches have finally all dissolved (took almost 4 months)! I spit out 16 stitches (after having them removed)! I kept wondering why these white stitches kept coming up and out. Thankfully someone very dear to me got me through it and removed them as they came in (otherwise I would have been running to the doctor every week as they surfaced)! Praying it's nothing. I think I am rubbed so raw that I simply have no energy at this moment to deal with more complications. VERY LONG WEEK FOR ME! I know you guys have troubles of your own. You are incredible for taking the time to wish me well and pray for me when you are dealing with your own problems. I love you for it. I will never forget it either. ♥

Personal Update..............2/20/12. --

Hey Guys,

Just got home (a little frustrated). It was a quick visit because he couldn't do all the things we needed to have done today. He is good at what he does, so I try to keep this in mind (did a good job with closing the incision during the mastectomy). I was hoping he would just tell me that it looks like nothing much to worry about but he saw two other area's that I didn't think much of as they seem to be part of the incision itself (dipping down a bit). He wants to take all three areas on March 7. He doesn't want to take any chances given my history with Epitheloid Angiosarcoma. He also thinks it's time to surgically remove that dog-ear I have under my right arm left over from surgery (their terminology not mine)! I wasn't going to do this so soon, but I see why he suggested it (I have to get stitches anyway, so I will need to come back again for those to be removed, and he's an hour away in each direction). There's a strange little lump on my scalp as well (and I don't get scalp things) and when he saw it, he wants to get that off too (Angiosarcoma commonly goes to the scalp....lovely footnote).

I thought about it on the way home and was thisclose to just cancelling everything when I got home. I AM SO DONE WITH SURGERY YOU HAVE NO IDEA! Trying really really really hard to keep my sense of humor. So......more surgery on March 7, but no answers until I get everything back from pathology. The dog-ear is not small. If anyone out here has had these removed, I would truly be grateful for any wisdom or insight you can give on these. He was in a hurry today (squeezed me in as it is) and I forgot to ask if any Lymph nodes will come out when he takes that dog-ear off? It's not directly under my arm as it was with my first bout with BC (it's lower down underneath the right arm). I just really didn't want any more cutting. I want off this ride. With all this being done in March, I am going to contact my Oncologist and have the Bone scan and PET scan moved to April. I think I will lose what's left of my sanity if I have it all done in March (I may look good in a dress and heels, but when I levitate and my head spins, it's not a pretty sight)! I am nowhere near catching up out here, but from what I can see at a glance, some really sweet and lovely magical elves have been out here to lift my spirits. You remind me that in some ways I am truly blessed. I love you guys for being there with me through all of this. It's just crazy. The nurse remembered me from my Pre-Op and gave me a huge hug (I guess she could see the look on my face when I was starting to get dressed again). I'm just tired and need a genuine break from all of this. Bless you for taking time away from troubles of your own to think of me today and send me your love and support. You are always telling me how much I have given to you over the years with my column, but it's nothing compared to what you have given me in return (and I truly mean that). Thank you. Off to call my sister in law with the news. Hopefully I can get in here tomorrow and truly catch up to all of this. Thank you so much! I need a nap too (up all night over this crap)! XOXO! ♥♥♥

Sounds like a post operative necessity and he is being cautious with the testing of the three areas. Make sure you watch Dr. Oz today (Tuesday). There's a man who is said to have researched natural cures for just about everything, including cancer. Not suggesting that you replace what you are doing, but if you can incorporate them...you never know.

Raven, I have hesitated for too long now to point you in the direction of some possible homeopathic remedies that might help. I don't like to make someone feel like they are not doing the right things or making the right choices, but your last appointment scares me. (As it must you over 1000-fold!)

Please take a bit of time to look at the website Mother Earth Minerals and read about OTT by Dr. Ott. I have been using this product for 2 years now, and literally have not been sick once. It is supposed to be a cancer treatment as well. There is a ton of info you can read and decide for yourself. But I know it cannot hurt you. Also, you should be using natural progesterone on your breasts twice daily. My favorite physician to read from on this issue is Dr. Michael Lam (drlam.com).

Hi Raven,
This sounds very scary. We just lost a dear family friend to breast cancer. After beating it the first time, it did come back after 5 years but with chemo and many other treatments she was able to have a very good quality of life for many more years. Hope.

I am a mom, and I know you have lost yours... As a mother, I would tell you - you are doing so great! You are braver and stronger than you know. And you are battling fear just as much as you are battling cancer as you try to make the right choices. As a mother, I would say to you - don't postpone the scans you have coming up...get all the information and then fight like hell to live no matter what it takes, even chemo. I think that's what your mother would want you to do.

I hope you don't think this message is presumptuous. For some reason, I just felt compelled to write to you today given the experience we have gone through this week.

Monday was my birthday, and I was really hoping that they wouldn't "kill" Robin on my birthday, but there you go. I'll probably always remember it now, so I didn't get that birthday wish fulfilled, but I pray this one is; that you are totally healed, and have a long, healthy and prosperous life.
