Can't say I have read anything on this entire subject so i'll give the links a read over in a sec.
I am going to a spiritualist medium convention on thursday night so i'll see what they have to say.

I think WW is right with astral travel. Afterall it seems to me that our conscious minds try to keep the magic of nature and higher energies out because of how we are taught by todays societies, so why wouldn't -when we are asleep and more 'open'- it come seeping in when we aren't blocking it out?
