he is still calling and texting me, i feel if i don't want to get the police involved , i need to meet up with him as he wishes, and tell him for sure that things are over between us and they will not return to the way they were however much he may want it to.

i plan to go over there sometime next week, i'll stay strong and tell it to him like it is.

i just hope it works

I am sure he wouldn't hurt you but if he has already been threatening and harassing you to the point that the police have been involved, please be very careful.
