Hunny things sound awful for you at the mo. But i truly believe things happen for a reason. Maybe the pagan Goddess of your dreams is over the next rainbow. This will make you stronger, pain has a knack of doing that. And you will (in the end) get a lot from this.
Now I realize you love her very much, but her being awful to you and your children is not acceptable. I'm sure she hurts to but anger directed at you and yours is not positive for anyone.
Lots of us have awful pasts, this is not an excuse to mow people down.
I find lavender really helpful for headaches and aid for sleep.
I'm thinking of you and hope the pain start to lessen for you soon. That empty space that hurts will be filled with love from someone who deserves you and your children.

Hi Newy,

It's good to be strong for your children, but everyone needs to cry now and then, so don't worry about that, it just shows you're a loving, feeling person. In my experience, through really bad times, children are the best healers of all. Take inspiration from them and be kind to yourself.
