Your list was not negative - it was real and true. What better gift to ourselves than being true to our hearts. Is brave to sit with all our range feelings and respect them. And yes in time you will heal and you can come back to this thread, breathe and sit and let the path unfold.

Have faith in your heart and trust yourself. Don't forget to breathe, inhale, exhale. Peace and happiness will prevail and spread through you as they are you. Your life is intimately connected with all other life.....we are together through the hurts and joy. Thank you for your honesty....your loving presence here is valued.....

I have wanted to post a new message, to ask the garden people what they think on what I have done today, but I cannot post, I can join in on others, but it will not let me post new.
