Thanks so much for this everyone. Is reassuring.

I phoned the lady today and she it won't from part of our regular yoga class. The lady that did the crystal work with us was one of her trainee yoga instructors.

She moved the crystal up our spines and said there was to be a healthy swing at each point. I have some knee pain due to arthritis and the crystal did not move at all when put near my knee. I must admit I am a bit in the dark about what all this means and she wasn't too clear I am not entirely sure what is happening and why the crystal swings I imagine I have blocks. I think I need a good book!
