] Date Posted: 26/02/07 17:47 Could I ask for some good energy from the garden please. Nothing devastating is going on but I am going through a tower energy period and need patience and calming. Try as I might to stay positive I find myself being stressed out and bitter. Any help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks. I am so lucky to have the beach right at my door...although this morning was a different story it was so windy it took my breath away (trust me it takes a lot to do that). If i feel bad i usually go on the beach, i may sit calmly or i may walk along shouting into the wind. Do you have anywhere you can go to sooth your mood or even a piece of music to listen to. Its so easy for someone else to say things to do, and when your mind feels like there is a squash match going on inside your head its not so easy to listen to. Tower energy is a referance to the tower card in the Tarot. It represents a tearing down and shaking of things in your life. For example a job loss or divorce maybe.
