Gaiangrub, no candle is necessary the thoughts are wonderful. Tower energy is a referance to the tower card in the Tarot. It represents a tearing down and shaking of things in your life. For example a job loss or divorce maybe. The good news about the tower is that it gets rid of old things making way for new growth.
