I usually find that there isnt much appetite when you are feeling really sick anyway but it is important to keep hydrated. Sips of room temperature water is best although tonic water is very good and has been recognised in the medical world for its properties of easing muscle pain and spasm. When an appetite comes back, its best to stick to dry toast (the more well done the better as the charcoal on it lines the stomach) and dry plain biscuits - I believe arrowroot are good and I indeed had them when I was pregnant and suffering from terrible nausea. Hope your little one is back to normal now. Blessings Lil [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
