Hello Newy... im sorry your feeling down. I tend to write a lot when im feeling emotional. poetry is a good way of expressing how you feel inside. Maybe you could write something??

It doesn't matter if it rhymes or doesn't rhyme or even if it makes sense to anyone other than you. Just write and sometimes by just doing that you can exorcise the feelings and feel a little better.
