That is a really good idea Newy, why dont you have a go and just let your feeling pour out from inside. It doesn't matter if it rhymes or doesn't rhyme or even if it makes sense to anyone other than you. Just write and sometimes by just doing that you can exorcise the feelings and feel a little better.
