Awww, sorry Paganwolf - must be horrible. i have only had two ear infections during my life, both when i was young, but it was such a horrible feeling and I had to lie down the whole time. Garlic and onion - yes so good at fighting infections and i would say as an ongoing treatment once the infection has cleared up, aloe vera drops into the ear keep things healthy. Actually, think Higher Nature sell something similar (bit expensive though!).
