] Date Posted: 14/01/07 18:25 please dear garden folk could you help my Snowtiger? i can't say too much detail as legal proceedings may follow an awful friday night, everyone had a little too much to drink, a row broke out between snowtiger and a n other party (also a resident in the house) and because of a biased sway of attention his landlady has threatened to leave him homeless. snowtiger ended up at the local police station as someone needlessly called the police and had him removed from the property when he had actually already moved himself out of the situation anyway, he is back here (his room) for now, but needs all the strength you can send him at this time. noone in the house is really speaking and as the police have bailed him, he is not really feeling in any position to speak to anyone as the party involved from friday will most definatley try winding him up again to get him in more hassle..... I am here with him tonight, i have been sending all my strength to him when i'm not here, but i think he'll really feel you all thinking of him. i just hope and keep him in my prayers that all this works out ... also if/when he moves out ,, i don't want to lose him, he is so precious to me, please think of him. love and blessings to you all , my friends. Date Posted: 15/01/07 22:28 oh no!! the landlady's other half has tried to wind snowtiger up tonight to get him to snap and break his bail conditions, he called me and asked what to do, i told him to call his local police to let them know this is happening to him, as he doesn't want to break the conditions of his bail, he has just called me and said the police are coming round to the house to try and sort it out, i just hope they don't gang up on poor snowy and he'll end up with a night in the cells, he's a strong man and can stand his own but i fear sometimes he is too strong for his own good, apparently now the other two know the police are coming round, they are scheming (if that's the right word) a story ready to tell the police... please help poor snowy be strong and calm, i fear for him. i love him so. love sam x [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Poor Snowtiger just called..... the landlady, her partener, her daughter and her boyfriend are now trying to give the police evidence AGAINST him!!! all he did was call them to stay out of trouble and i feel i've gotten him in to a mess.............. :o( he just wanted to tell the police that he was being wound up by these people and he doesnt want to break the bail conditions.... what does someone have to do to get any justice these days i ask!!!!! he'll probably end up getting carted away and he hasn't even done anything apart from staying on the right side of the law!!! and i can't do anything because i'm stuck at poxy work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Date Posted: 15/01/07 23:13 My Whitewolf.... you always seem there when i need you most ((((hugs)))) SNOWTIGER JUST CALLED AGAIN, THE POLICE ARE GONE NOW, BUT THE LANDLADY'S PARTENER IS GOING BOLLISTIC (sorry caps!!) because snowy also reported something about them to the police which will almost certainly get the pair of them done for fraud!!! (obviously can't go in to detail) now i have made snowy promise me he will try to stay calm... yhe said he will, but i can see things getting messy as he has a temper and i'm the only one (when i'm there) who can calm him, i'm wearing his cross he gave me .... i hope it will send him inner stringth to cope with this situation calmly. i can't lose him. they are horrible people who he lodges with and have ganged up on him to push him out for quite a while now, he wants to get out but he has stuff to think about (eg: furniture etc ) and it's not so easy finding a place to lodge when your land lady refuses to give a good reference to the new landlord/lady!!. it sounds like the odds are against him, i will stick by him, i'll fight tooth and nail for him, i'll stay strong for him, i'll defend him, we draw strength from each other we belong together, but!(and yes there's a but) it's such a difficult situation. the atmosphere in the house is nowhere near calm, even at the best of times. he needs to get out. i don't know what i can do now, he's just on the phone to me now.......he is calm............... he has spoken to the police...........they noted he was calm..........the land lady told the police they wanted snowy arrested but the police wouldnn't do anything..... but he says all is ok at the mo.... xxxxx sam xxxxx [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Date Posted: 16/01/07 9:25 Poor Sam You need to calm down hun or you are going to make yourself ill. You have gone through so much over the past 6 months or so, I cant say I am not worried about you. Snowtiger will be fine - the police arent stupid and Im sure this isnt the only incident they have come across where people are being manipulative and trying to get others into trouble. He has done the right thing and wont get arrested without any real evidence - hearsay doesnt have much clout. I realise how much you obviously love Snowtiger and of course, you must support him and be there for him, but dont feel you have to fight his battles for him. I am a little concerned that you fear losing him - if he loves you, you wont. Being needy of another can become very stifling and even turn people away from you eventually - please allow him some space also. Dont get me wrong, I understand he is obviously in a very difficult situation and feel for him genuinely, as I do you. But things do have a way of working themselves out and no matter how much we try, it wont change anything. Try not to stress yourself over this too much (yes, I know its easier said than done) but try to look at things as if it were happening to someone else. You may see things a little more clearly. If Snowtiger is so unhappy living where he does, and has been for some time, I cant understand why he hasnt left already. I would have been long gone by now and not allowed them to make me feel the way they have him. Stay calm and look after yourself Sam. Date Posted: 19/01/07 22:02 just a quick hello and a grateful thankyou from myself and snowy.... he stayed at my house a couple of nights ago, after i picked him up from hospital proceeding an angina attack due to the stresses of the harrasment he was recieving at the house, anyway to cut a very long story short... Dad was none too happy as it turns out he knows of snowtigers past (he was a doorman and a bit of a heavy in his younger days) and said he doesn't approve and he doesn't want snowy staying here again.... by the way i forgot to mention, his landlady (so kindly!!!) had the locks changed on the house while he was in hospital so he has now been rendered homeless and at present is staying on the sofa of a friend. he tried the local council/housing assosiation they wont help him, and also social services, who have recieved a letter from snowy's consultant saying due to health problems due to the stresses of living where he was, don't want to help him either, oh it's so complicated. i and one of his friends, jim are the only ones allowed in the house to retrieve anything for snowy.... but they now said they want his stuff all out in 7 days !!!! anyway, i had better go... i have to call him about our seeing each other tomorrow... i'll update again when i can...thank you so much to you all for being there for us....we can't say enough.... we love you guys..... love from sam and snowtiger. xxxxxxxxxxxxx [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

This landlady sounds like a really rather nasty piece of work!!! - I can't imagine that she has a very happy life, and perhaps this is why she feels the need to make others miserable!! Those who really know snowtiger and his friend won't listen to her - and I expect if she is known for being a negative, trouble-making individual that others will ignore her too. Date Posted: 23/01/07 19:59 thank-you my wonderful WW (and thank you for the boosting card) so thoughtful.... i am a true believer of what comes around goes around, Snowy is being 'put up' by a friend for a while.... who also says i would be welcome to stay over any time i want .... which is great as we need our time together!! I collected stuff from his land ladies place today, i was very pleasent with her and her partner, as , as far as they know i don't know what she's said or tried to do.... i am just waiting for her to drop herself in it big time, which i believe she will do with absolutley no help whatsoever from anyone! i am not a vindictive person but i hope in a ripple kinda way it does all come rolling back around to her... even if it takes years, she'll look back and regret the day she ever tried to cause trouble... the good thing is.... their 'mutual' friends are all there for snowtiger and have ceased from going round to her house.... on saturday, we are all getting together (with a police escort!) to clear snowy's stuff out totally.... then we'll see where it all goes from there!! love you Sam xxxxxxx (& snowy sends his love too xx) :o) [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
