okay so i'm a day late! =o)
mrsk- yay! you finally got your easy shaper. i hope you like it, i've been skipping some workouts lately...lazy lazy. try not to give yourself a halloween party "deadline" for results. just a warning, because i do stuff like that and it drives me wack-o. i've been feeling depressed too lately, i think it's the time of year. october and november, 7 or 8 years ago, was when i first started this whole ED crap, so i feel a little "off" around this time of year....lost, sort of...
in any case, i hope you're feeling better today.
shani- i'm glad you're doing better w/ the purging. i know how daunting the b/p cycle is so any type of progress is progress! i do hope you get it under control and start feeling better.
i've been doing about the same with my eating, i'm up to six small mini meals a day. but i'm still screwing up, of course. last night i caved (PMS) and had two pop-tarts so today all i've eaten is a salad and some broccoli and tomorrow all i plan on eating is fruit. then i figure i'll be "even". i dont know why i tell myself these things because i know it's ridiculus. it's just that the only way i can stop purging is to stop EATING. i've also been chewing & spitting again, not a good habit when i get into it. yeah, that's my life for now. i managed to actually digest the pop-tarts though, without running to the toilet, cigarettes, or the exercise bike. yay! (dont worry, even i dont understand what i'm talking about half the time)
