I don't know if anyone would be interested in having a thread that lists things that aid in weight loss while taking care of your body.

I personally have started taking 2g omega 3 fatty acids and eating veggie burgers that have canola oil in their ingredients. Supplementing my diet with these nutrients seem to help me lose weight. (Google omega 3 and weight loss... Science is now showing it aids in supporting a faster metabolic rate.)
