Chocolate,
So what do you think I should do? I don't want to keep gaining weight. I want to lose 5-10 lbs, and be back where I started. I want to do this in a healthy way. I'm going on day 3 eating 1350, the week before this I increased the 1050 to 1200 and did a 1350 1200 zig-zag. I have added on another 1.5 doing this. I have also increased my cardio and started doing weight training at the same time that I started eating more.
