Chocolate--
I'm reading more online and getting more confused! A number of calculators give me a range of 1300-1350 as my BMR but then there are some pages that recommed the 10 x body weight (in lbs) rule to find BMR. If it is the 10 x rule then my BMR would come out quite a bit lower. I just don't know anymore. I'll just weigh myself tomorrow, and once again flip out.
