I kind of left the other board, so hello to everyone again, I hope its ok that I'm here, this board seems more like what the old ana and mia talk was. I wasn't going to post but when I saw Fran's post, how could I not - I'm going through the same thing!
I was ana for ages but recently (last 2 weeks) I just can't stop eating! I am eating ridiculous amounts and am just so out of control, I hate it so much and am disgsted at myself. I know I am just going to wake up a fat pig very soon. I have been purging but I know I only get rid of a little, really. I think it began when I was trying to convince people I didn't have a problem, so overate to compensate. I'm sorry this doesn't really help you, but at least you're not alone.
The 'plan' I have made to combat this (only early days, though) has been:
*writing down what I am going to eat each morning, and trying to stick to it (not much luck).
*I have also started knitting a scarf (its almost winter here) and that keeps me occupied after dinner when I am watching tv and would be tempted to snack.
*Also cooking only enough for 1 portion, so I don't have any leftovers.

Good luck with it Fran, I know how you feel and will be thinking of you.
