Before I left town a few days ago I typed in a passphrase to lock my computer. Well, I'll be darned if I can recall exactly what it was. As a result I cannot log o nto my computer. You surely must know how devastating this is for me.
Does ANYONE know what a body does in this situation? I haven't a clue. Do I go back to CompUSA tomorrow and plead stupidity? Please help if you can. I have been typing in a variety of things for about an hour now and nothing is working at all.

Kerry Anne is just so elated with her new dress that finally arrived. The long anticiaption was worth the wait from Ireland due to a strike. It is just beautiful, sparkly, and fits nicely. Can't wait to share with everyone soon! Schuhle we owe you for this great FIND!!!

So many kids try to get out of prelim to just wallow in open levels...UNTIL...something happens and they start placing strongly. What is the key? Has anyone wanted to quit but hung in to get over their "slump?" Please post positive stories only. This is for dancers that need a little encouragement before their qualifier.

In 2002, Gary Healy, began teaching in the Chicago area conducting workshops, and in a very short space of time, his commitment to excellence transformed the school's profile and projected the school onto the international scene winning regional and national team titles for both solo and team events. Gary Healy was born in Birmingham, England. He started dancing at the age of ten with the McCarron School. At he age of eighteen, Gary moved to Glasgow, Scotland, and danced for the Taylor Academy, while studying law at the prestigious University of Glasgow Law School, where he graduated with honors in European Union Law in 1997. Gary is a licensed attorney, specializing in medical malpractice and asbestos defense litigation.

As a dancer, Gary has won the All-Scotland, British National, Great Britain, All-Ireland and retired from competitive Irish dancing in 1998 after winning the Senior Men's World Championship title. In 1997, Gary joined Riverdance - The Show, touring Europe, and North America and was also an original cast member of Riverdance - on Broadway.

The floor was begun and completed today! The project began at 9am and ended at 5pm. Many thanks to Bernadette, Bill and Tom as well as Gary, Maureen and Mike. Without their help there would not be a floor ready for all of you this Monday as the dance year begins. (it ended?)
I returned with vacuum cleaner etc to do some final things. As I vacuumed my way out the door I set the code and WHA LA I set off the security alarm!!!!!! LOL.
It is in good working order and is very loud. I called the security company, the police and Rosemary. Saratoga Sheriffs said they had to send a car regardless. Well I got tired of waiting so I left a very nice bnote for the policeman explaining what I had done and giving him my name and phone number! I wanted to stick around cuz THAT would have been agreat picture but..... enough already!

Subject: Kayla had minor surgery today to remove a mole on her back.We are so proud of how brave she was especially while being stitched up!!We asked the plastic surgeon if he could stitch her wrists to her thighs for dance!!(luckily he was Irish) Ha Ha Ha

well now the front door is permanently locked! It will not open from outside or from inside!!! Need to find a maintenance person. I tried "the knife" and the "credit card" but no luck.
Oh and the Garage just called, the whole gas tank needs to be replaced!!!!

We just viewed a replay of the video taken from Irish 2000, and Campbell dancers you deserve a lot of recognition for all being absolutely wonderful dancers. Your poise, grace, rythmn, and routine were just fabulous. A huge thank you to Kelse and her Mom Jean for making our school a show piece to share, as you girls have unbelievable talent. Kelse I am just amazed how you put this routine together with dancers of all ages, and did it in one night!! That was a very complex fast moving dance and your teaching skills are top notch to pull something like that off in one night. Parents, your children are dedicated and also taught by an amazing teacher Rosemary, and we should all be so proud at times like this. Anyone that wants to look at the replay of our Irish 2000 on video we'd be happy to share. Second time around just looks even more amazing. Loved the dresses on our older dancers, and their seperate routine...as it just shows how darn good you get with Campbell after years of practice!! All I can say, is LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Southern Connecticut State Feis -- Feis Committee, 20:49:06 09/13/07 Thu
Greetings!
The syllabus for the Nov 4 Southern Connecticut State Feis is now posted on the Lenihan School web site at www.lenihanirishdance.com. If you go to the website and see links for the April Feis, you must refresh your screen. You should then get the current Feis links.
Please note: THE CLOSING DATE IS OCTOBER 17. This means entries in our hot little hands by Oct 17. No late entries will be accepted.
If your entry is late and cannot be accepted, you will get a phone call from the Feis Committee to advise you.
It is our practice not to cash entry checks until after the Feis (you never know, you know?). So, you will not receive a cancelled check prior to the Feis. But, again, if your entry cannot be accepted, you will get a phone call.
We are back at Stratford High School for this one. The address and directions are on the web site.
Don't forget...OCTOBER 17 closing date...no late entries accepted.

Subject: Michaela is off at the NYS Leadership Conference in Syracuse. She is having a great time and working hard. Throughout the weekend she will be doing leadership activities with over 1000 kids from New York!! We are so happy she was selected to do this and proud of her for going off on her own! Its harder on us than her we think!! I am sure she will have lots of stories to tell her dance friends upon her return. Part of the weekend includes showing your artisitc ability so she will be doing her Irish dance for the crowd on Saturday night.
