Just wanted to let everyone know that the Central Ga. Pageant Systems board will be having our annual dinner meeting tonight to discuss the upcoming Super Role Models Program and the Upcoming 2005 Miss Middle Ga. Dream Dolls Pageant. Age Divisions:
Sweetheart 0-2 * Princess 3-4 years * Petite 5-6 * Little 7-9 * Junior 10-12
Teen 13-16 * Miss 17-23

Awards:
All queens will win a custom crown, sash with rhinestone pin, gift and their entry fee paid to Nationals to be held on September 17, 2005 & free entry to the 2005 Miss Georgia Mid-South Pageant.
Sweetheart – Junior queens will also receive a trophy
Teen – Miss queens will receive a custom plaque with their photo on it!
2 Runners-ups in each division will receive a trophy
Optional winners will receive a trophy

Miss Popularity Princess

All votes will be due before the start of the pageant.

Competition:
This is a NATURAL pageant! All contestants will compete in dark denim jeans w/ no holes or tie-dye and a solid white T-shirt. Makeup must be minimal and age appropriate. Sweetheart – Little are suggested to wear nothing more than powder and lip-gloss.
Stage will be standard “T”.

* DEADLINE IS 7/25/2005 After this date, please add a $10 late fee – No applications will be accepted after 7/28/05 – NO EXCEPTIONS!

An Interview Seminar has been set for Sunday, April 10th at the Averitt Center for the Arts, Downtown Statesboro. The Seminar will begin at 2PM and will last until 6pm. Mid-afternoon sandwiches will be served. Anyone ages 12 - 24 are invited to attend. The charge for this Seminar will be $25 each. This price includes a mid-afternoon snack, SEIS embroidered canvas tote bag, and a SEIS certificate. Please send $25 and RSVP as soon as possible to assure your spot. (Limited space available)
This Seminar will be helpful in many ways. It will give each contestant a chance to practice their Speech & Interview skills, as well as receive helpful information on how to improve on it. Each girl will have a Mock Interview with 3 – 5 judges. The Interview will consist of a 1-minute speech and 5-minute interview. The girls will be judged on Speaking Ability, Poise, Self-Confidence, Information, Dress, Knowledge, & Ability to Communicate. The girls will need to dress as if they were in real Interview. After individual interviews, we will have a conference on tips for Speech & Interview Skills. Information will not be based on any one system, just general Interview Knowledge & Information.

Lauren also received a partial scholarship to join the Valdosta State University Debate team and won an award for her debating skills at the Georgia State competition. In 2004 Lauren won the prestigious V.I.C.A. award for public speaking.
Lauren also is the spokesmodel for the SafeHouse - Macon's Battered Women's shelter and for the Macon chapter American Red Cross. Lauren works at Cox Media where she films commercials and even hosts her own show, "Real Macon Makeovers."
She is the founder and director of Central Georgia Pageant Systems, LLC that produces the Miss Georgia Mid-South Pageant and the Super Role Models Charity.

South East Interview Seminar - April 10th - STC - Vidalia -- Director, 13:52:37 03/25/05 Fri [1]

The South East Interview Seminar will be held on April 10th in Vidalia. This Seminar will give girls general Interview Knowledge & Information. It will not be based on any one system. I will have several different speakers, but they will not be specific in naming any one system. This information can be used with any State or Prelim Interview Session. If you would like to pass this info on to your queens, please do so, or to anyone who may benefit from this. I need to know by April 1st who plans on attending, so I can be sure to get everything ordered (bags) and food ordered. All Directors are invited to attend at no charge! Also, if you know of a queen that has been to any State Competition that includes Interviews and you think she may want to speek at the SEIS, please contact me, or have her contact me ASAP. I would like to have several available to speak, they will also be paid to speak. I would like to have several very experienced speakers. Also, if you would like to Speak to give your opinions or comments, please let me know.

All the info is on my website which is listed below. Please pass on as you wish. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. I am the sole Director of the SEIS and am willing to answer any questions on this.

I am thrilled to now be on the web! Please feel free to post anything pageant related, but DO NOT bash. A little bit of background information. Central Georgia Pageant systems, LLC is the producer of the Super Role Models Charity and the Miss Mid-South Pageant. We held the first Miss Mid-South Pageant in Byron, Georgia on September 18, 2004. We are looking forward to another great pageant this year. Also, we are currently working on scheduling the fist Super Role Models Party. More information to come! But in the mean time... Please post away!

2006 - MISS GEORGIA PEACH SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT

The Miss Georgia Peach Pageant, which is a sanctioned event sponsored by the Georgia Peach Festival, will be held Mar 11th, 2006 at the C.W. Pettigrew Center, Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, Georgia.
All contestants will be judged on poise/personality, beauty and projection. In addition, the Teen and Miss contestants will be judged in interview and the Miss contestants will be judged in mandatory talent . The Little Miss, Junior Miss & Teen Miss will have an optional talent award. Tiny, Little & Junior Miss divisions will also be given optional awards for prettiest dress, prettiest smile and prettiest hair. Optional photogenic awards will be given in all age divisions. The new Miss Georgia Peach Queen will receive a $1000.00 savings bond upon completion of the Peach Festival Events. The 1st Runner Up to Miss Georgia Peach will receive a $200.00 cash award. All other queens will receive $100.00 savings bonds. There will be 4 runner ups in each age group. Queens will be the official ambassadors during the Georgia Peach Festival held in June in Fort Valley and Byron. Videos and photographs of the pageant will be available for purchase – details at rehearsal.

Interview outfits for opening number. On stage question during the gown competition.
All talent not to exceed 2 minutes and a cued tape must be left at rehearsal. Deadline for applications is Mar 1st. Contestant number is assigned by the committee drawing from the pool of contestants. Due to time restraints at the Pettigrew Center, we will not be able to cut your talent numbers down to 2 minutes. Please have your music selections ready and cued-up and not to exceed 2 minutes.
