Maria�s words filled S�peer with warmth, and he looked into her eyes for a moment more, just wanting to make the feeling last longer. When he pulled her closer and kissed her again it wasn�t on a reflex this time � he actually wanted to. He wanted to so much he felt like a male dragon must when he�s in a flight � transfixed by the beauty he held in his arms. Being with a woman had never been like this before�it had always been on the understanding that it was purely physical, no more, no less. But this was different. This wasn�t for both of them.

This was for Maria. He understood that, and he accepted it.

It would change her � would change both of them � and he didn�t mind that. Maybe it could lead to more. Myth? He didn�t care about Myth. The blue could think what he wanted. But S�peer could never hurt Maria. He could never to anything expect love her.

((In time, that love will change to brotherly, don�t worry. And do you want to reply *ahem* post-coitally, as it were? Like�the same day�))
