Wow! What an awesome weekend. I want to say thank you to all my sister queens for sharing such a wondefrul experience with me on Saturday. The special invitation to the brunch was such an honor. We got to met Miss Florida and take pictures with her. She was so pleasant. Then, the parade. We had a beautiful float to ride on. And we won the Photogenic award. That is the longest parade I've been in. It was amazing and the queens were stunning. We then had lunch with everyone. After getting our tummies full we moved on to the Florida Forestry Festival. There were so many people there. We met some of the friendliest rangers and collected several souviners. The best was definetly the winged Smokey pin that is worn on all of our banners. I passed out over 75 pictures with autographs. The people there were all so polite and made us all feel welcome. Thank you Florida, the rangers, and spectators for such a wonderful, fun-filled weekend. Thank you Mrs. Dominy for arranging events like this for us to attend.
